CANCELLATION INSURANCE, REFUNDS, AND TRANSFER POLICY:

 

Event organizers are providing optional event insurance that will provide full refunds (including processing fees) when unable to participate due to medical or work schedule issues.  This is not insurance against lack of training.  No refunds will be given without purchase of the insurance. Please email us to let us know you are using this option.

 

  • Participants may transfer to another race (for example F1 Duathlon to Classic Duathlon) with no service charge up to 2 weeks before the event. Changes requested within 2 weeks of the event may incur transfer fees.

  • Transfers to another person will be allowed up to 2 weeks before the event and can be accompished through RunSignUp or by emailing us.

  • Transfers to another Score This!!! event must be requested via email.

  • Deferrals to the following year are allowed up to 2 weeks before the event and can be accomplished through RunSignUp or by emailing us. A $35 re-registrationf fee will be charged when registering for the following year.

RELAY TEAM REGISTRATION

Each member of a relay team must register themselves, accept the waiver, and satisfy USAT membership requirements.

Steps for on-line registration:
1) team captain registers as the first person on the team
- select relay registration category
- team captain creates the team name and pays the entire entry fee.
2) team members register for the race and join the team:
- select relay registration category
- select the team name from list of already registered teams
- complete the registration process with NO payment due

Please note: If team members do NOT select the pre-existing team they are joining, full price will be charged.
